I had a friend that new my password to my msn that has blocked and totally erased all my contacts is there anyway of finding them
If your contacts have been deleted they are gone, unless they have been saved in your Hotmail account. Have a look in your emails and look for any options revealing contacts

If you go to
Contact List > Tools menu > Options > Privacy tab:
You may be able to see the contacts in either the "allow list" or "block list", if you right click on each contact you should be able to select "add to contacts", that should hopefully help.
