Hi. ive download the new ebuddy on my w580i works perfectly but when i added a contact and the person has accepted they dont show up online on my list it just shows them offline when their online can you help me fix this thanks x
This sounds like a strange issue. Make sure they definitely are online and are not blocking you. Also try accessing your account through your PC client (I don't know which IM network you are using so basically the Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, etc, etc software) to see if they appear properly on your contact list there.

yeah ive look there but they dont have my problem im looking for im using ebuddy 0.99 ? and i can see them on the pc but on mobile i cant they havent blocked me or anything x
Try deleting the eBuddy Mobile Messenger application from your phone and download it again then re-install it as it may be a problem with eBuddy's cache.
ive just tried that but it still doesn't show the person online. ?
