When asking for help you must follow these steps in order for people to be able to help you.
Step one: Your thread subject must be detailed, yet short.
Bad: HELP!!!
Good: <Program> gave me an error.
Step two: When posting, use proper English so everyone is able to understand. If you need another language, please provide an English translation.
Bad: Hey zee me needs ee elp with ze comp ya c.
Good: I need help with my computer.
Step three: Be sure to include your computer information if you feel it may be needed. Such as your windows version, and the versions of the programs and things you need help with.
Bad: <program> doesn't work because of such and such an error. I'm using windows.
Good: <Program> doesn't work because of such and such an error (please specify). I am using windows XP Home edition.
Step 4: Be sure that you are as detailed as possible about your problem. Provide screenshots if necessary.
(This can't really be explained)
