Some sites have reported that Rogers (my current ISP) has been using some new technology to sniff out bit torrent usage and are now limiting your speed to around 0.1 KB/s. Also the prices are way too high and my mom is complaining. I am not too happy about it so I am thinking about switching.
I have found one good ISP called Teksavvy (DSL) which has a good reputation from the reviews I have read. At $30/m, unlimited bandwidth usage and 5M/800K it sounds like a good deal. I called them up earlier and they seem to know what they are talking about so I guess I wont have much problems getting support from them. Here is a link to the plan: http://www.teksavvy.com/res_unldsl.htm.
Opinions?
