This is a notice to people that the Messenger Network is currently experiencing problems, such as not being able to sign. There is nothing you can do as this is a problem on the MSN side of things, just keep trying in awhile.

I have also seen numerous people on IRC that live in differing regions not being able to connect, so please just wait until this issue is addressed.

Everything now seems to be back to normal.
