If i want to export an image to see and modify, how can i do? Is it possible? 8-)
You can do it by following this:

1: Download ResHacker (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/) and run it (no installation required).

2: In ResHacker, go to File > Open > navigate to your MSN Messenger Folder (most likely: C\Program Files\MSN Messenger) and double click on "msgsres.dll".

3: You will now see on the left of the ResHacker window groups, have a look for the one you want and then right click on it and select "Save Icon Group (there will be numbers here)" , then select were you want to save it to.

I know that but if i want to export the image file 4000>1075 the options are: .bin .res . hex .
simple.. just go to the image so 4000>1075 and just export as .rle and then use RLE2PNG to convert it to a png and there you have an image... or just download restorator and view the image ;)
if i try to save the only option is that:

how do I do to export as .rle file?
If I remember correctly, you should export as binary and save as All Files with a name like "1075.rle". Saving as binary file means that it saves the actual binaries (the "contents") in the resource. I could be totally wrong, but try that. :p To check if the export is correct, try to open your exported file in Notepad and see if the contents are equal to the characters you see on the right side in ResHack. After that, run the tool! :p
