My Messenger Plus stopped working the other day and i dont know whats happened. The program stopped working completely for no reason. I have tried to reinstall it but i keep getting the message "an error occurred while installing messenger plus!. Please try again later."
I am using Windows XP Home edition and Msn Messenger Live.

First make sure that Messenger Plus! Live has been removed by checking for it in the Windows Add/Remove Window (start > control panel > Add/Remove Programs).
Next, clear your browsers internet cache before re downloading Messenger Plus! Live so you are getting a fresh copy of the installation. After that, download Messenger Plus! Live @

If this still doesn't work, are you installing it on a account with Administrator rights? Are you using the latest version of Windows Live Messenger with no patches? Are you running anything like smiley center? As this can effect Messenger Plus! Live from working. if so, please see here on how to remove it
