There are no differences between the eBuddy Mobile versions for the K750/i I think (if there are actually any differences between the phones in the first place). You didn't say but I presume you actually have a K750 or K750i?
It sounds as if you do not have your phone configured properly to connect to the internet or your network/plan does not support data access. Which country and network are you on?

hey mary anne

listen i faced the same prob as you the first 2 days.. i even called 111 for help but as usual alfa's call center SUCK..
so i looked it up online to find that k750i needs to allow its Java applications to connect to the net.. they dont have that right by default.. so this is wht u should do:
* Go to the Settings menu;
* Go to the tab Connectivity;
* Choose Settings for Java (alternatively: first go to Internet settings);
* Select the profile belonging to your mobile operator (for your operator settings, check the Internet Settings Wizard here);
* Now eBuddy Mobile Messenger should be able to connect to the internet.
good luck bannout
if you need anything else ctct me on roland@alfa.com.lb
PS: this application really does save the data usage comparing to its browser equivilant.. so those lousy 20 mb of Alfa would last a lil bit longer..
