ive downoladed a certain script is there anyway of deleting it... its driving me crazy!!

Sure. You need to open the Messenger Plus! Live Preferences panel, and click on the scripts tab. A list of installed scripts should be listed. Select the script in question and remove it. If you want to delete it directly you can find Messenger Plus! Live in your program files folder and delete the script folder in the 'Scripts' directory

Sorry I'm not quite sure which window you are referring to, can you post a screenshot of it please?

If you have tried removing the script and it won't budge you may have to close messenger and delete it manually.
Some scripts use a dll which then becomes locked by the messenger exe when messenger is running. so what you might find you have to do is close messenger then delete the folder.
the scripts folder can 'normally' be found here:
C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus Live!\Scripts\
then delete the folder of the script you want to get rid of.
Please remember that Windows Live Messenger must be completely exited (no icon in the bottom right corner, right click it and choose close)
go to Messenger Plus! prefrences window. And choose scripts under the General window
