i was wondering if someone could please remake the "Cannabis MSN" (msn 7.5) for windows live messenger 8.1?

The skin is very basic and rather simple actually, yet surprisingly popular. Nevertheless, skinning Windows Live Messenger is not as simple and adding all those images of the skin is a much more difficult task. It could be done by the creator, but I wouldn't count on it :).
