D/ling & installing emoticons

Hi Guys. I'm a complete n00b at this so alittle help wold be appreciated. I've seen some animated emoticons on the main site that I would like.
How do I download and install them. I realise that the answer is probibly simple but remember we were all n00bs once.

I'm using the latest WLM

• Right-click the emoticon you want on the site and choose "Save image as..." or "Save picture as..". Save it somewhere you will easily remember and change the file name if you want.
• Then go into Messenger, click the "Tools" menu at the top of the contact list and choose "Emoticons...".
• In the window that appears the rest is fairly self explanatory. Click the "Create" button then click "Find image" to locate the image you just saved, enter the keyboard shortcut that you want to be able to type in a conversation for the emoticon to come up, and give it a name that will appear in your private list of emoticons. Click "OK" and your emoticon should be saved to the list.
• Type in the keyboard shortcut you chose to use your new emoticon in a conversation.
