I am trying to deactivate Orange messenger, it tells me 'To deactivate Orange Messenger by Windows Liveā„¢, sign-in, go to the Preferences tab and click on Unsubscribe.'
But is this Windows Live messenger or windows live the website and where is this prefreences tab.

I'd imagine that this is through your Orange Messenger application or something on the Orange website as it doesn't sound like anything I've come across in Windows Live Messenger or any Windows Live websites.

This link should lead to you the orange website where you have to log in, then it should take you to the preferences tab for orange windows live. On the left side of the screen you should see "unsubscribe"
