The Blasphemer is apparently working on a new version of Stuffplug.

It will be standalone and integrated into the Windows Live Messenger design, but a lot of work still needs to be done so don't expect it too soon as The Blasphemer "can probably squeeze in a few hours of SP every week as there's no more obligatory school hours".
